1. download this

2. unzip the file and copy the two folders to [Operation Thunderstorm \ Game] folder

there should be "Prefabs" "stringdatabase" and "texlocalized" folders UNDER "steamapps \ common \ operation thunderstorm \ game" folder.


3. run the game and click option menu. go to game menu, and you now see GORE option menu

click it and turn ON


4. enjoy the game... (this is the most difficult part, but follow the instruction...)

i made this patch, using my own physical copy of Operation Thunderstorm. i dont know computer language or programing at all, i just did some trial and errors to find this out... which means i wasted hours and hours lol. i know many of us are fans of FEAR, so this patch is for all of us. enjoy games, brothers.
