Madhouse Difficulty
Unlocked already if you preordered the game or purchased the coins DLC, otherwise by beating the game on easy or normal difficulty.
Infinite Ammo
Complete the main game on Madhouse difficulty.
The Albert 01-R


Can be unlocked by completing the game on any difficulty.
The Secrets of Defense


Can be unlocked by completing the game on normal or madhouse difficulty..
The Essence of Defense


Can be obtained after finding and destroying every single one of the Mr. Everywhere statues in the game (it does not matter in which difficulty).
X-Ray Glasses


Can be unlocked by completing the game in under 4 hours on any difficulty mode.
Walking Shoes


Can be unlocked by destroying all 20 Mr. everywheres.
Circular Saw


Can be unlocked by completing the game in under 4 hours on any difficulty mode.
Dirty Coin
It operates as an extra Antique Coin, one that will be in your item box from the start of the game.
To unlock it you have to play Resident Evil 7 / Biohazard 7 Teaser: Beginning Hour and finish it with the coin in your inventory.

Three things are wrong about this guide:
1. Secrets of Defense can be obtained by beating the game on Either Normal or Madhouse, NOT any difficulty. Being the game on Easy will not give you Secrets of Defense.
2. You can also unlock Madhouse if you purchased the coins DLC.
3. Walking Shoes requires you destroy all 20 Mr. everywheres, NOT beat the game in 4 hours.

To specify, you have to beat the demo WITH the dirty coin currently in your inventory for it to transfer to the main game. Beating the demo isn't enough. Also, can you update this guide for all DLC? Thanks.
