It's been poly-crushed to make sure it doesn't slow down your game.

I'd recommend downloading the blaster particle and sound effects mods to go with it.

This mod has no world model, and isnt actually boots :D

A question is normal when you are in the third person the model is not seen and when the boots use the weapon not seen
