The low-detail LOD version of this building has a large transparent element floating in the air about 60 tiles out from the center tower. Only visible when zoomed out a long way. Please refer to screenshots attached. This has been replicated and confirmed to be this building as the cause by bulldozing and replacing it. This is an immersion breaking bug when this building is utilized in content creation works. Would appreciate an update to resolve this issue.

Disregard my previous comment! It does light up. It just took a while to do so. Probably something in my game instead of the asset.

Nice building! For some reason however in my game only the top pool part of the building lit up during the night while the rest of the building is completely dark.

Great asset and it works. It took a few mins to figure out the road connection problem. For those having this issue:

You need the Fine Road Anarchy Mod and Pedestrian pavements.

Once installed and enabled, press Ctrl + A to toggle anarchy ON. Chirper will appear red with a soccer ball on his head.

Place the building along a road THEN under the road tools select the style of Pedestrian Pavement you want to use. Make the pavement connection to the point of the building (highlighted in blue) and you are done :).
