If you want to make it comprehensive, you might want to add a few comments on the base manpower factor, since your current beginner's guide only mentions its existence and could lead players to believe that building army buildings are the only (and most important) way to increase provincial manpower by buildings, something that is most definitely not the case.
For the details of manpower mathematics in general, and, in particular, an explanation of how the base manpower factor is calculated and the implications thereof where goods production are concerned, read the Manpower Guide I put together in the Paradox official FAQ forum.
Either way, good work providing good information for the many Steam players who prefer videos to the written work. :)
