Industrial Block Buildings (Decorative)

These are the exact same as the functional/RICO-enabled set of block buildings, except they require nothing and perform no function in game.

You can use both assets together, or on their own.

However, they are not interchangeable, so if you built the functional buildings in your city and now want to use this decorative version, you have to bulldoze the existing buildings and plop these instead. Don't just unsubscribe one asset and subscribe to the other without doing this first!

The models have a color map, you can use Painter mod to set their color.

The lots are all empty and only a few props are used for roof details.

If you want to build something like in the screenshots then you need to move the buildings into place and add props and other details. Mods like like Find It!/Move It! and Fine Road Anarchy (for disabling building collision) are essential...

Every model shares the same set of 2048x1024 textures. LODs have unique 128x128 maps.

I highly recommend using Loading Screen Mod which should load the shared textures only once. This reduces the memory used by these assets to somewhere around 5.5mb intstead of 26mb!
