it's a funny thing that , what you are talking about getting games to get off the ground, i'm a living history reenactor and love ww2 and would love to make a ww2 game that instead of just playing different maps like we do actually play through from the beaches of normandy then through st-lo through to carentan and so on but do it like the real thing not just any old map picked out by the ai engine. but still if wanted to play how we play now .Wouldn't mind having all the camo and weapons at hand and also being able to pick up enemy weapons to just to make it more realistic not sure how others would think but can't rule out how more real it would be like and also being able to drive any trucks and anti -tank guns as well as arty just my thoughts ...........................?

yea the devs are still working on it though for a fact I bet if it was done in Unreal Engine it would have been taking off by now because they would have more volunteers maybe able to help them out but even me I dont know anything about CryEngine at all. Game still has a lot of potential because all the other WW2 shooters are open scale large battles nothing on this scale really right now other than old school games like Medal of Honor Allied Assault and such

it's a shame what happened with the game it looks cool as ,hope it has the potential to have bigger teams you could do so much with this and make better and bigger maps,thanks for the info hope to see you on the battlefield
