Introduction
Couple things you should be aware of before we start this guide. Firstly, it is impossible to actually complete every side quests since the game is non-linear and decision based. Instead, you must complete the maximum amount of side quests possible. There are multiple ways to do this depending on which paths you take. There are some key missions that you absolutely must do, such as the Mafia quest line, and keeping Bob alive in the first chapter.

Secondly, this guide will not tell you how to "complete" the quests, it will simply outline which quests to do in which order, what decisions to take. The quests are all pretty straight forward, I will outline where to grab the quest and where key points are in the game that will make this achievement possible.

Thirdly, in this walkthrough I will help the resistance, you could probably do it by helping honor, but I haven't actually tried.

Fourth, make sure you do "positive" or good things. Again, you could probably get complitionist by acting bad, but this guide will assume the good route.

Fifth, save early and save often. Make a new save at the beginning of every chapter, and make a new save when you feel like you've reached a milestone. You have 50 slots so use them. It would suck to have to restart the whole game just because you screwed up in some small area.

Sixth, this guide sorta assumes you've already played the game once. I'm sure you could get through the guide blindly, but it won't be a full walkthrough as stated before.

Lastly, to make this way easier I played this run on the easiest diffculty. I had already completed extreme difficulty and only wanted Completionist and the resistance decision tree achievement.

Any comments, suggestions, changes etc. feel free to let me know in the comments. Thanks.
Chapter 1
Handyman's assistant

This is the first dude you encounter in the game, he will start the Handyman's assistant. Basically you need to go around and find parts for him. They will be located in various junk piles and crates throughout chapter one. Once you have finished this quest you will be able to help him later again to find more junk. Finish this quest quickly.

Mean Dogs

We can trigger this quest, by going to talk to Bob (location in image below). The first time you enter the area a dog will attack Bob and will start the "Mean Dogs" quest. We will continue this quest later on, but not right away.

The Blues

In the same area as above, talk to Bob. Eventually you'll get to the option to say "You don't look so good". This will trigger the Blues quest which will eventually lead to Bob wanting to escape with you.

Handyman's assistant cont.

Before entering the Mess you should have all the parts for the Handyman. Head back to him, hand in the quest, and continue to the Mess hall.

The Blues cont.

Now let's go back to Bob, I know a lot of back and forth, he should have more talky options. Keep grilling him and eventually you'll let him in the escape plan (even though you haven't yet told it to Innocence). This will complete "The Blues" quest and open up the next portion of this chain called "Escape Together". You also have the option to poison bob later on, but you don't want to do that.

First steps in Prison

Ok, time to head to the Mess and continue the main story line. Head to the location in the image above, talk a bit with innocence. You'll convince innocence to get a job at the power plant so you can get some more intel. You're next task in the main quest is to head to the recruitment office. Let's make our way to the Crater area now. Also now would be a good time to save in a new slot.

Handyman's assistant cont.

After entering the crater area, you'll want to enter the main zone, it'll do a little cutscreen. Then leave the area through the way you came in, and come back in. The handyman will return working on a little gizmo near the recruitment office. Talk with him to continue the quest, this way you can focus on getting the parts he needs while doing other quests.

First steps in Prison cont.

Let's head to the recuitment office now. Simply step through the dialogue and you'll get the option to head into the drilling well. Head over the well, innocence will leave and you'll have to follow the primary story for a little bit. Once you finish with the Mole Queen you'll be back in Crater, head back to the mess to meet with innocence. Also now would be a good time to save again. Talk with Innocence, he'll join you back up (if you let him), then return to the recuitment office to find out about the mutants. After this you'll have to go back to the mess and speak with Jey. After you're done talking to Jey head back to Bob to continue two primary quests. You'll now be able to enter the Cistern and head back into the drilling well to get the weapons back. First we'll head for the cistern, it's a linear self-contained area. Once you're done it you'll be back in the POW camp. OK, now it's time to do weapons for battle, so head back to the drilling area, grab your guns, and you'll be back in the Crater area when done. As you leave the drilling well you'll run into Jey.

An Explosive Plan

Leaving the Crater Area, you'll see some dudes bothering a mutant across the recruitment hut. See the image above. Speak with them and choose the dialogue option "You think that's a good idea?". After this is over you'll see a new NPC on the map, see the second image. He'll ask you to get a schematic, easy enough quest. Getting the rest of the components should be as simple as keeping your eye out for unopened crates. Don't forget the one that is in the recruitment office.

The Lucky Charm

Head back to the mess and speak with Jey. He'll ask you to retreive his lucky charm. Head back to the recruitment office, the guard outside the door has Jeys lucky charm. Choose the dialogue "Let's see if we can find an arrangement". This will trigger the quest "Another Face".

Chapter 1 cont.
Another Face

You'll have to find another picture of a woman. Head back to Jey and he will tell you the "Fat Guy" has one. Fatso is located in the screenshot above. Simply beat him up and you'll get the photo. Return to the guard. This completes another face.

The Lucky Charm cont.

Return to Jey and give him his lucky charm. This completes Lucky Charm.

Mean Dogs cont.

Now we are going to want to head in the area east of the recruitment office, see above screenshot. You'll see a trainer fighting one of his dogs... show interest to continue this quest.

Handyman's Assistant cont.

By now you should have all the parts for the Handyman. Return to him to finish this quest.

Mean Dogs cont.

Head all the way back to the Sand Pit, where you started the game. There should be a doctor there now. Talk with him. He'll tell you to find a vet. Head to the Mess hall, the cook is a vet; speak with him. He'll need some samples, first head outside the drill mine, there will be two dogs there. Next to the area west of bob, there will be one dog there. Finally in the western part (the mutant area) of the Crater area. There will be one dog here. Before you leave though we have other quests to attend to. In this area you can finish up the main quest, "A Diversion". After you are done with that, head back to the mess and talk with the cook. He'll tell you to come back.

A Diversion

While we are here, in the mess, check the tool room and grab the first set of tools for the mutants. Now head to the area with the dog trainer, there will be a door with the second set of tools. On the way you will attack the guards dog, this is why we do the quests in this order... if you kill his dog early you can't do "Another Face". Return to the mutants and give them their tools.

Mean Dogs cont.

Head back to the mess and talk with the cook. Head back to the dog trainer and give him the cure.

This is a very very good place to save, just incase you screwed anything up. By this time you should have completed all the side quests for Chapter 1 except "Escape Together. Check that you have the following: "The Blues" "Handyman's assistant" "Another Face" "Mean Dogs" "The Lucky Charm" "Explosive Plan"

The Great Escape

Talk with Jey to start the end of Chapter 1. Inside the power plant you'll meet bob and this will complete "Escape Together". Now just finish the chapter.
Chapter 2
Smuggling

Right at the start of the chapter you'll approach another guard. Tell him that you just escaped a prison camp. Tell him that you know Prowess. Now head for the main quest marker and exit towards "The Sand".

A bartender with no ID & False Identification

Head to the location in the screenshot above. A bartender will need some ID. Help him out by finishing this quest chain. Now head to the Slums to continue this quest. Now head to the North Neighbourhood. Head to the area marked in the second screenshot, there you will find the forger. He'll ask you to plant some evidence and clear out his workshop, first plant the evidence then make your way to the workshop. After you clear the workshop you have the option of grabbing your own fake ID. Get Tranquilities too and head back to him to finish up "A Bartender with no ID".

An out of the way place

Complete this quest to continue, you'll reclaim your apartment.

Requiem for Dreamers & The Dealer

After clearing the junkies out of your apartment head to the area in the screenshot above. Some dude will ask you to clean out his workshop, there seems to be junkies there too. Head to the area marked on your map. When you enter the warehouse Providence will tell you to go after the dealer, this unlocks "The Dealer" sidequest. Head to the slums. Go to the area marked on your map and complete "The Dealer". Head back to Frugaility to finish up Requiem for Dreamers.

When you are done head to charity to finish up the main quest. She'll ask you to find Faith. Head to Tierville.

Smuggling

In Tierville, at the above screenshot location, you'll run into the group of guards from the beginning of the chapter. They will start the smuggling quest. Head to the marked location on your map, the southeast corner. At the marked location you'll find some proof against the smugglers.

Ok, we might as well help out faith while we are here, head to the main quest marker in the center of the map. After speaking with faith, speak with the pimp. Beat up the pimp then talk with Faith.

Now let's continue back with Smuggling. Head to the Sand. Head to the Slums. Head to the North Neighbourhood. Head to the marked location. Search the creates. Head all the way back to Tierville. Head to the marked spot, turn in the quest.

Find Faith

Let's get back to the Sands. Return to Charity. Talk with Charity twice. Talk with Faith. You should now have four new side quests. "The Exhibitionist" "The Bad Player" "Working for Charity" "The Coin Killer".

The Exhibitionist

Head to the marked location in "The Sands". Speak with Humility. Easy enough quest!

The Bad Payer

Head to Tierville. Head to the marked location. It's important that you kill Moraility, doing this will unlock Mafia, which is needed for this achievement. Return to the Sand. Head to Charity. Make sure you give her the Serum. You should now have "The Coin Killer" "Working for Charity" "The Transporter" and "Mafia's Threats" as side quests.

The Transporter

Right next to Charity is Honesty. Talk with him to start the transporter quest. Head to Tierville. Honesty is waiting for you at the enterance. Speak with him and follow him through the quest.

The Mafia's Threat

Head to the marked location in Tierville. Defeat all the bad dudes. Head to the Sand. Talk with Charity. The only side quest you should have now is "The Coin Killer".

Fidelity Lost

Head to "The Slums". Go to the location marked in the above screenshot. Head back to the Sand. Head to Tierville. Go to the marked location in the center of the map. Speak with Valiance. Head to the marked location on the map. Head back to the Sand. Go to the Slums. Head back to Fortitude to complete the quest.

The Coin Killer

Completing Fidelity Lost will advance The Coin Killer. Head to the marked location in the slums. Speak with the dealer. Head to the North Neighbourhood. Speak with the forger. Head to the Slums. Head to the Sand. Speak with Frugality. Head to Tierville. Head to the marked location on the map. Speak with Gallantry, fight Gallantry, but let him live, this will open up "The Coin Killer Strikes Again" in chapter three.

You should now have no side quests left. Verify that you have completed "Smuggling" "The dealer" "Requiem for dreamers" "A bartender with no ID" "False identification" "The exhibitionist" "The bad payer" "The Mafia's Threats" "Fidelity lost" "The coin killer" "The transporter" and "Working for Charity". From here you can just finish the chapter as per usual. However, in this walkthrough you will want to keep Mary alive, give her the injection and don't have sex with her right away. This will unlock "Electrical Relationship". She will be your romance quest in Chapter 3. Keep the bounty hunter alive. Follow the Resistance path.
Chapter 3
By this time you should have two side quests. "A Passionate Woman" and "Electrical Relationship". We can only do one relationship quest so we will igore Passionate Woman. Remember to always have Mary with you, you will have little conversations throughout the game which helps towards this quest. If you've done enough smooth talking you will get the quest to advance, it'll say for you to meet Mary in the resistance camp. Technically you could also advance Judys quest... I guess it doesn't matter. For now head to the Village. We have some side quests to finish.

Theft from the Stores

Imediately entering the village you will see Imparitabily complaining about the mutants. Talk with him to get this quest. Head to the Industrial Complex. Speak to Garbage and help/defend the mutants. This will unlock the next quest. Return to the Village. Speak with Imparitability to finish the quest.

A Helping Hand for the Mutants

In this same area head to the marked location. Steal the medication. Give the medication to Garbage to complete this quest.

Sympathy for the Farmer

Return to the Village and speak with the farmer in the north east corner of the map. Speak with him to start this quest. Head to the fields. Defeat the Moles and head back to the Village. Speak to the farmer to finish the quest.

A job to do

Leave the area and come back in. The farmer will return with a second quest. Speak with him to start it. Head back into the fields and speak with the troublemaker. Scare him off and return to the village. Speak with the farmer to finish the quest.

Note: I actually received Complitionist after finishing this quest -- however I will continue explaining two more quests.

A Passionate Woman or an Electric Romance

When you reach the resistance base speak with Judy or Mary to finish up the romance quest.

The Coin Killer Strikes Again

Thanks Artermis for this tip as I was never actually able to do this quest (but got the achievement anyway). After letting Galentry live in the previous chapter, head to Green Hope. You will see him trying to kill women again, at which point you see him just outside the villge and proceded as you see fit.

thanks for the guide, i didnt save often enough so i restarted the game 2 times with a few hours in, because of 1 simple dialogue choice,or doing quests before other ones, so annoying

I can confirm that 'New Face' quest isn't necessary for 'Completionist'.

Thanks for the detailed guide, I got the achievement! Well I tried several different choices, which I would like to note:

- In chapter 1 I poisoned Bob to get him sent home, through the "An Indigestible Meal" side quest which automatically fails "Escape Together". Never had Bob join me. Still got the achievement, and I think its best for the character. I Googled a bit and many people seem to be afraid this choice voids the achievement, but it does not.
- You don't have to join Resistance. I joined Honour Grant. They seem to have the same sidequests anyway.

I think the game allows 2 incomplete quests. I finished "Electric Romance" and "The Coin Killer Strikes Again", and got the achievement. Haven't started both farmer quests. Maybe this is a prevention method for people who could not get the easily missed quests such as "The Mafia's Threat".

Where do I search for handyman's craps part 2 in chapter 1 though? I've been to every place ready to escape

I ve done 2 playthroughs, one on extreme and one on easy arround 6 years later. You dont have to finish ALL sidequests in ONE playthrough. You need to finish all of them once in the course of several playthroughs... use this guide and check on start of every chapter which actions void quest you might miss.

I poisoned Bob, never actually convince him to join. Did all the quests, but since I talked to Devotion another side-quest appeared. Which can't be finished, since I already started relationship with Mary. Also I can't finhs the at Honor's base. :/
Maybe I shouldn't talk with DEovtion at all, pick up Mary soon as I can.

Seems this achievement dynamic and random, like the fighting in the game once I killed in 5 secs, next loading manage to take out alsmot the whole group but one soldier just electrify me.

Does being evil affect side quests and Jey isn't giving me the lucky charm quest
Marmorkatze 2020 年 3 月 30 日 上午 12:27
I didn't trigger "AnotherFace" and "The Mafia's Threat" and still unlocked the achievement.
As other have pointed it out as well, it's possible that sidequests locked behind specific endings do not count. Odd...

If you go the other way, you can romance Divotion. The quest is called 'The Spy Who Loved Me'
Based Sensei 2019 年 9 月 28 日 下午 3:14
I also received the achievment without the romance quest or pt. 2 Coin Killer quest. I think those must be optional bc you might kill the coin killer and its one or the other with the romance quest
