De-nerfed Sinistrope spells for 1.5.5.0 patch

Beskrivning
This patch restores ALL Sinistrope spells (Psionics and Entropy including summons) to their 1.5.4.0 versions.

Put in your load order directly after "Enderal - Forgotten Stories.esm".

The "Balancing" of Psionic Push in patch 1.5.5.0 nerfs this spell into something that is around 5-10 times weaker than in 1.5.4.0 which will kill many Sinistrope specialist builds.
The resulting spells damage is weaker than any equivalent school of one tier lower. How this in any way be considered "Balanced" is beyond me as it effectively shuts down Psionics as useful combat magic school.

This patch therefore return all the Sinistrope spells back to their 1.5.4.0 values. Hopefully this should protect you from any further "Balancing" made to these schools of magic.

I'd like to say thank you to the crew maintaining xEdit https://github.com/TES5Edit/TES5Edit for providing and maintaining the tools I used to create this mod.

thanks man, im sittin here lookin at some of these spells trying to make sense of casting them at some lv30 something vatyrs and seeing little drop in their hp and im goin wtf are the devs sure about this? is there some sort of grand plan? there's so much laziness in these spells like death mantle, i get it pretty early and only affects creatures up to lv11 or something, then for half the game im fighting things way above that level and im like when tf will i get rank 2? turns out rank 2 affects just about everything that isn't immune to fear

At first I thought this mod would have been a good idea, but when I checked my spells' values after installing, I saw that this made certain psionics spells way more powerful than some of the elementalist spells of the same rank. And that shouldn't be so. Which is why I decided to uninstall again.

Would you consider an update to your mod that expands the spell descriptions to provide more useful information? For example, I have no idea how much damage a summoned weapon does, and even the SureAI wiki doesn't say (except the Mystical varieties). We should not assume the numbers match Skyrim's data since so much was changed for Enderal.

Jesus those nerfed numbers are way too low. I originally wanted to be a Sinistrope specialicez mage back when enderal came out but ended up going elementair since the damage was just way too low and most spells were a bit too niche.

But Im sure they werent THAT low.

Psionics are supposed to be mind affecting mostly. They're not really meant as damage spells, though some of them cause small amounts of damage. It's like if the illusion school was harmful to the person it's used on because it's unnatural for them to have their memories and mind state altered so quickly.

It's a support skill, not a main damage dealer.

I somewhat disagree with the comment about "Balance" & "Bad design philosophy", but only because I believe the SureAI team learned the relevant "design philosophy" rules from Bethesda & Skyrim.

Specifically I believe that what is happening is that the design teams in question have a specific vision for how their product is to be enjoyed, akin to a message they're trying to embed, & thus they balance & re-balance as required to prevent "badwrongfun" being had... :\

(Ok, I don't actually disagree it's "Bad" design philosophy, I just think it is "Intentional").

Half the cost, less than half the damage. Also, those nerfed values, that's less than vampiric drain from skyrim. That hurts to look at and think of.

Whoever takes balance into a single player game is a developer with a bad design philosophy. :D

The devs must be nerf herders or something. But all joking aside, the new values make no sense to me. I want to play a mage on my next play through, but not if this keeps happening to the mage tree.
