UPD: the Steam version of ♥♥♥♥♥ Internet Explorer do not support the Adobe Flash Player so first: you can't use it in game :( Second: if you'll find a JS implementation of this thingy I would be glad to add it to this manual. Or do your own manual with it, I don't care, just wanna play some HoMMV

Есть мод на skillwheel Doc_Skills_3_0_2, который работает при выборе персонажа и в меню "Навыки" в игре, но он вроде бы только на русском (мне пришлось ставить промтовый руссификатор поверх англоязычной игры). Качал с раздачи на рутрекере ("[mods] Моды, файлы, карты и кампании для Heroes 5"); может, сохранился где ещё.
