Introduction

A modern public housing apartment block in Singapore. Inspired by the design of Blk 506C along Yishun Avenue 4, this asset recreates the 21st century Singaporean public housing in Cities:Skylines.

I know the tris is quite high, but it's difficult to reduce it. The ledges (in addition to the paint scheme) are the only thing that differentiate the new HDB flats, so it's quite out of the question to cut it (explains the 5620 tris submesh).

There seems to be something wrong with the model size, which is much smaller than other building models with the same number of floors

To be honest, the best scale to suit the vanilla buildings is 1:1.5. It's slightly smaller than vanilla I guess?

Its quite out of the question to make growables bigger than 4x4 since that is the max the editor will allow without using mods or something. And this 1:2 scale barely fit that size limit.

Someday I will be getting to the RICO part. But I am currently busy and I haven't start looking into that yet.

You should make this into 1:1 scale and RICO, rather than a tiny growable. It looks small compared to other buildings. ;(
