It looks very nice and well designed. Not sure what I'm doing wrong. I place it and it disappears. So far tried on a city with a European theme and maybe that's why.

@JustDucky I use SketchUp and 3ds Max for modeling/UV mapping and Photoshop for creating textures.
I don't have a FB account since all news/update are published on Patreon. Anyway I'm considering the idea of opening a Twitter account :)
