Ready for 1.13.*

Auto ON terrain no fog of war, no need to locate and click a button (I always scroll the map while trying to hit the fow button).

As long as this mod is active you will have no terrain fog of war.

This mod keeps the clouds and sun reflection and should be more compatible with other terrain mods.
