It DOES work, but it might have bugs. It hasnt been tested.
I know CK2+ does some hidden genetics thing that probably doesn't intersect well with this.
I dont think so. There have been issues with CK2+ in the past.
HIP on the other hand has implemented IG into it. I recommend that :)

You used the 'Sturdy' instead of the 'Burly' trait. Thus cuckhold children can't get Burly.
Its definitely possible. I believe I implemented it in the HIP version of this mod, which is bundled with HIP and imo the definitive version of the mod (and CK2)
I dont intend to work on this any longer so you can take inspiration from the HIP version (bundled with HIP) or implement it yourself (you'd have to just check scope if twin, and if so copy the phenotypes from the twin.) Tbh I thought I had that implemented. Do twins have different genotypes? (if you check with console the characters should have flags like int_aaAaAa)
