[ You have to play the secret ending for The Cage 2 to understand fully what's going on, if you didn't it's okay you'll understand the lore as well ]

In the secret ending you travel in time using a modified sequencer to stop the aegis virus from being released and destroying the core forever, lillycord who helped you seemed to betrayed you in that exact moment putting you in a coma for weeks

You've awaken from a coma, people and even you though you were dead, the virus is detroyed, the core as well, aegis is not a thing anymore but the creator of Lillycord is up to something. You need to stop them.

Dear Author,

I’m a huge fan of your The Cage series on the Steam Workshop (currently up to Cage 4). Your work is absolutely fantastic—I’ve thoroughly enjoyed playing it!

I wanted to ask if you have plans to release Cage 5 in the future? I’d be thrilled to see more content! (Apologies for any awkward phrasing—I used a translator as my English isn’t strong.)
