Only one person can fit into a shuttle cockpit. You need to mount a rover seat to the outside to bring along a second person. Have the pilot enter first, then have your victim friend get in the exterior mounted seat. Launch and navigate as normal. Land to get the achievement.

You can mount a rover seat in the oxygenator bay of a small shuttle, or wait to build a medium or large shuttle.

In total, the bare minimum you will need is:

• A small shuttle (constructed with the large printer using 2 aluminum)
  
• A rover seat (2 compound on the small printer, or find them in wrecks)
  
• A solid-fuel thruster (1 aluminum and 1 ammonium on the small printer)
  
• A friend.
