After finish the game and start to continue.
All you have to do is have some amount of money where the X0,000 amount = 7. You can use the gallery to help make this easier.
So something like 270.000, 670.000, 1.070.000 or 2.670.000. Then choose a level and jump off the rope in the helicopter scene before you land.

This is a hold over from the original NES version where if you had a 7 in the 10K digit place and asked Launchpad to take to home you would experience this cut scene with Gyro.

Actually it's get a 7 in the Ten Thousands place in your Cash Total. Example: $70K

Thanks for this, I would never get it. Is the X7 thing somehow relevant to the Disney\Ducktales world? I'm just wondering why this very particular requirements is asked to get an achievement.
