Using this Mod
Download the .pak file Here[drive.google.com] and place it in your ~mods folder (make one if it doesn't exist) within TEKKEN 7/TekkenGame/Content/Paks

Known Issues
  • Main Menu updates show LT/RT instead of L2/R2 in the bottom right of the screen- Fixed in latest version (_P in filename)
  • The Controller on the left in the remapping menu has the Xbox Layout with sticks etc. Not sure its possible to change this. The buttons are all replaced with DS4 prompts though on the right,

Quick Note: remap the "view" button in controller config to the touch button so that the reset function in practice displays the correct button prompt.

Season 3 Update
This only applies to people who were using the mod before Season 3 (Patch 3.0)
As of Season 3, the game will no longer recognise the mod properly. To fix this simply add "_P" to the filename (without quotes) so it looks like "DS4Mod_P.pak"

Greetings, I did follow the introductions by having my own mod folder on the Paks folder with the mod pak file inside the mod folder and even thou when I go to button map in the game and it does shows the PS button layouts. The main menu and practice mode still has the Xbox buttons. I am missing something here?

for some reason it doesnt work for me it only works wen i go to conifg my contols and but in trianing mode it still shows xbox controls

I am using a PS2 controller with an adapter. Works perfectly as long as you go into "options" > "button mapping" > "controller settings" > "twin USB joystick" and adjust it from there. Great mod, thanks much.

@Devaizter Check the first image in Screenshots.

View Button is the button on an Xbox Controller with the Two overlapping Squares (Center Left).

"Button Mapping Settings" is where you can remap that button to the Touch Pad Button

I don't understand the part in the guide that says:

Where is Controller Config located? I cannot find the "View Button".
How do I make the Touch Pad to Reset Position in Practice Mode?
