It's easy to build, too. Place down the the stilts, support, and crate for the elevated side. Press Tab to get the column select tool and capture just the elevated crate with it, then press Ctrl-C. You'll now have a ghosted copy of the stack on your cursor. Use Page Up/Down so that the stilts are lined up with your cursor, then you can just place each stack by targeting the top of the crates. For the ramps, rotate your view so you can see the inside of the central column, then snap them to the supports under the crates.
It works with upwards sloping chutes, too. The items even travel at "level ground" chute speed. Again, I deleted some grabbers so you can see the chutes more easily: https://psteamcommunity.yuanyoumao.com/sharedfiles/filedetails/?id=2663591875

To get the parts in place, get them where you need them horizontally, then press Page Up to lift them into the air.
If I were going to build something like this again, I would probably build each column of crates first so I could connect each rotation of the chutes all at once. Trust me, constantly rotating the chutes is a chore. This should also work with conveyor belts.
All that said... definitely use silos if you can build them.
