I was shocked that there are no complete achievement guide for this game so i decided to create one from the informations i collected or explored for my own walkthrough. Unfortunately i wasnt able to find complete, detailed information about achievements. It is only possible to find details for single achievement but it is quite time consuming to find for all so i hope now a complete guide will help the life of those who planing to perfect the game.

Class/guild quests and achievements might be missable if you travel to next city without solving the events beforehand.

Dont be afraid to create millions of saves, leave the main progresses for last in each act so you can change the outcomes and progress differently:-)

Always reserve as many skill points as many you can, loading sometimes easier to adjust skills is better than stuck on the wrongly increased skills. If you fail to get something you increase required skills and decide if it worth it or not.

Please understand that you cant increase all skills and be a god in all kind of areas. This is why this game is hard, very hard, you need to do with your character what it's talents allow you, but quests, events most of the time allows you to handle story differently.

These are easy, 8 available classes in the game. Complete their first quest and the achievement unlocked.

"Is Life Always This Hard?"

When creating a new game choice to play training and die there to the first fight. Harder to miss than you would think!

The City of All Cities

Storyline achievement which unlocks as soon as you move to the city of Mandooran.

The Holy City

Storyline achievement and unmissable, visit the city of Ganezzar, achievement unlocks the first time you enter that city.

The House of Wisdom

Visit the Library of Saross. The location will become available once you talked fully with Abukar who located in Mandoorans merchant district, on the second or third floor of the tower/obersatorium.

Dead River

Visit the village of Dead River. As it is one of the way to the final chapter it is nearly unmissable to visit this location.

Hellgate

Visit the Hellgate. As it is one of the way to the final chapter it is nearly unmissable to visit this location.

Arch of the Covenant

Visit the location The Arch. If you have lore3 you will get informations about the location of The Arch if you investigate bookshelves in the Library of Saross.

The Eye of the Desert

Visit the village of Inferiae through world map, easy achievement just like any other "Visit X place" achievement. If you have lore3 you will get informations about the location of the village if you investigate bookshelves in the Library of Saross.

The Highest Peak

Visit Harran's Pass. World map location, not avaiable for all classes/guild combination but for most should be. (not available for Praetor or not managed to get there while played it)

The Birthplace of the Gods

Visit the ruins of Al-Akia. The location become available in Ganezzar when solving quests for Lord/Brother Meru and can get there only through chat option while talking to Meru. Not all classes/guild combot can get to there.

The City in the Sky

This is a hidden location above the city of Mandooran. You can get there through the village of Inferiae. Once you sacrificed there, or entered the cave by yourself which is at the middle of the village then you will find yourself inside an underground facility. The are holds a portal which leads to required location. Dont forget to take the energy tube from the teleporter and other items before leaving this location via the elevator.

Hidden from the World

Visit a monastery up in the mountains. Visit this location. To get info and to see it on world map you need to take the healing services of the healer in mandooran a few times, which isnt hard if you progress some in the arena. Eventually the healer will offer The Elixir and give you out the location of the Monastery.

The Men of the Plains

Visit an Ordu camp beyond the mountains. You can get there only through imperial legion questline or by serving Gaellius (House of Aurellian)

The Pax Imperium

Discover a long forgotten underground hangar. The world map location "old Facility" hides the underground hanger which become available during ACT3 (Ganezzar). The information how to the information about the location is unclear, speak with locals in Ganezzar.

To enter the hangar you need to go through a locked door, with a symbole or keyhole:
You can examine the symbol Lore4 + Crafting4 or the keyhole Lockpick6. After that you can:

- Craft a key for this lock Crafting8 if you passed on the lore check, but you also need Traps6 to survive the trap;
- Unlock it with your skills Lockpick8 and Traps6 to survive the trap;
- blow it off Alchemy5 + Crafting5. If you failed in your attempt to explode the door, the passage collapses and you can’t go in anymore;

Liegeman (House Daratan)

When first talking to Lord Antidas in Teron pledge your fealty and loyalty to him. Not available for all classes but it is for most. (Not avaiable for Praetor for sure.)

Liegeman (House Aurelian)

When first talking to Lord Gaelius in Maandaran pledge your fealty and loyalty to him. Not available for all classes but it is for most.

Manipulator

During the quest of THE RAIDERS (Teron, act 1) You can convince Dellar to pay the raiders to attack the Aurelian outpost if your Intelligence is 7 or more, and convince the raiders to attack the outpost Persuasion + Trading total is 7 or Streetwise skill is at least 4

The Chosen One

Convince a preacher from Ganezzar that you're the Chosen One, sent by the gods to lead mankind out of darkness. In Teron, Act 1, at the fountain there is a preacher. Talk with him, after a few persuasion, streetwise, and charisma skill checks, if you succeed then the achievement unlocks.

Urban Explorer

Find a way into Maadoran's sewers. It is located in the Slums district in the city of Mandooran. An NPC you can interact with it is located near a well. After talking with him interact with the well and swim down to get to the sewers.

Well-Trained

Receive training from five different people in the course of one game. When you impress some NPC/finish quest for them they might offer training for you. Once received training from 5 different people achievement is unlocked. It should be earned on your first playthrough without any problem.

Collector of Rarities

Acquire 5 artifacts. Shouldnt be a problem to unlock this, ill list the artifacts at another achievement which is much more challenging to get.

Champion of the Arena

Beat all enemies of the Arena of Mandooran. You will definetly need to be a battle focused character and its still very hard, just like the whole game.

Novus Ordo Seclorum

Bring a new world order. Once you wake up Agamonth, the old god kneel to him and deliver him one lord who will be the main servant of the god. I delivered Antidas, not sure it works with other lords but it should.

Computer Literate

Learn how to use the ancient consoles. It is located in the underground base located under the village of Inferiae. I decided to create the guide few days after i got this one and dont remember the exact way, only the location, so if you can provide more details when you earned it ill add your comments here. Thanks.

Augmented

Improve your eyesight with a fashionable mechanical eye. You can purchase the eye from a merchant at the temple district by asking for special good. Once acquired talk to Clementus in the same district for the surgery.

Killed More People Than Malaria

Kill a hundred people in the course of one game. If you playing with a battle oriented class it shouldnt be hard, especially if you follow imperial legion playthrough.

Grim Reaper

Kill 200 people in the course of one game. This one is actually hard, you need take all opportunity for battles.

The Nameless One

Die a hundred times and live again. If you play this game a lot and you explore around everything you should get it on 2nd or 3rd playthrough. If not then stop cheating you coward.

A Trip Into The Past

Explore the Tower of Zamedi. You need to enter the tower to get this achievement. To enter the tower you need to be aurelian preator or kill the demon, which is located under the village of Inferiae. The demon drops a demon core which allow you to pass the barrier at Zamedi. If you have lore3 you will get informations about the location of Tower of Zamedi if you investigate bookshelves in the Library of Saross.

Sleeping Dogs

Let sleeping dogs lie. At the very end of the game, inside the temple, just don't open the sarcophogus and leave the temple. (via chat option)

Take Heed And Bear Witness

Explore library of Saross. Once you enter a prospector trying to poison you. You need to kill him and loot the air valve from him.

If you didn’t kill the prospector, you need to talk to Abukar (loremaster of Maandoran) you need either Persuasion6 or Streetwise5 + Intelligence7 to get the Oil injector and learn that he sold the Air valve to the Curio storekeeper, so you still need to purcahse that one.

As next you need to fix the machine in the basement of the library, the steps:

1: In the basement you will need to fix the machine with lore3 and crafting3 skills.
2: with crafting4 you can attack the air valve
3: you dont need oil injector if your intelligence+crafting total is 16 at least, else you need the oil injector from Abukar and need crafting5 to attach to the machine. Once done you need 5! Rock Oil to start the engine or 3 if your alchemy is at lest on lvl 3.

Behind the stairs is the entrance to the secret chamber, you need perception 7, or 6 (if prospector hinted about the secret chamber). Once you know the chamber is there and investigated you can push the button to open to way to it. There are tablets inside, reading with 5-7 lore will grant you the achievement.

Gazed Into The Abyss

Explore the very heart of the Abyss. Just pass through the crater and reach the Abyss, some skills required or a charged breather artifact.

Godless World

Kill Agathoth to protect mankind. At the very end of the game kill Agathoth, dont need to do it in combat, which would be insanly hard anyway, it's doable with interacting with the sarcopagh.

Great Vengeance and Furious Anger

Wake up the old god which located in the Abyss.

Godslayer

Instead waking up the god which is located in the Abyss simply kill it via chat option.

Airworthy!

Take the flying fortress for a spin. You need to take the airship from the hangar. For location look The Pax Imperium achievement.

1: you need to open the hangar airship entrance, console at the enterance of the hangar, you need a power module for it.
2: on the top floor of the airship you find a console. With the Jellyfish artifact and a lore9 you can fly away with the airship.
3: the achievement unlock with the artifact and lore7 too, but then the airship will crash instead reaching its location.

To get the Jellyfish artifact: Its in Teron, inside of a tower (near the Healer). Check the wall, if i remember right Perception 7 required.

The Lich

Acquire a rare extract of Amaranthus, use to make an elixir and drink it. Drink the elixir which decrease max health but provide health regenaration. The elixir obtainable through The Elixir quest which also direct you to the monastery and obtained from the healer of maandoran (after several healing service taken) or you can find one inside the final temple.

MR. FIXIT

It's in the undergroun base under the village of Inferiae. You need to kill the demon to access the control panel. After interacting with the console you need to pass 3 skill checks:

-First check is Lore4
-Second check need to be Intelligence + Lore total 12
-third Hidden check isnt required for the acheivement, Intelligence is 8 to open an option to kill everyone at the surface (only the village)

Checks and Balances

Act3, Galnazzar. You need to save Elias (if you enter the city you can climb a building, elias being attacked there). After that you can talk to mercenary to enter a building at the temple district where Lord Darganus gives you the quest Nobless Oblige. You eventually need to protect a merchant, if you kill there Claudia you can finish the quest in favour of the Lord and get this achievement.

Power to the People

If you dont kill Claudia in Checks and Balances achievement and you just walk away he will send you to Hector. Finishing the quest then in favour of Hector will grant you this achievement.

Never Felt Better

Take a ride in an ancient healing machine. You need to take out the large power module from the teleporter at the location which described in The City in the Sky achievement. Once done return to the sewer and insert the large power module to the teleporter located there. Move through of it. There you can find a safe and unlock it with lockpick4 to get a jar.. There is a machine/chamber/sarcophage where you need to pass a lore8 skill check and use the jar to upgrade one of your base stat. Doing so unlocks the achievement.

Iron Man

In Maandoran, at the entrance of the palace inside there is a man shouting for justice. Talk with him, he will lead you to a house which was taken by Marcus Valla. Valla send you for an armor to the city of Galnazzar. The NPC is close to the blacksmith there. After fightign some thugs you will get the armor. Equip it and interact with it (left click, interact). You need to charge it with 3 power modules. If you dont have enough you can find some at Hellgate. Once the armor fully charged the achievement is yours.

Friends on the Other Side

This is at The Arch. You need the eyepatch (Augmented achievement) and the activated ghost hand (unactivated ghost hand obtained during The City in the Sky achievement, activation required power modules) to interact with the arch. You need to send in 3 humans as sacrifice to get this achievement. Streetwise6 and Persuasion5 skills required. If Esbenus survived Act1 (bandit at bandit camp) then it's possible you cant get this one, please confirm if its not true.

The Right Thing

The healer at Maandoran offering you the quest of The Elixir. The "right thing to do" is to tell the healer that the elixer doesnt exist after visiting the place. This stops future travelers and raiders from seeking out the elixer and keeping the village safe.

Unto the Breach

Charge into the breach during the siege of Ganezzar. During the siege of Ganezzar if you not supporting Meru with your army then just attack the breach via text option, not sure it's missable if you not siding with Meru.

Infiltrator

Infiltrate House Daratan’s compound and discuss employment opportunities with Lord Antidas. You can do it only when you not supposed to get to Antidas. When approaching castle select the find alternative way in and try to get to the Lord:-) There are a lot of different ways to get in with different skillchecks so so save/load is your friend:-)

Demonbane

Kill the demon inside of the tower of Zamedi. First agree to get the ring and with a successfull lore you understand the work of the ring so you can make the demon a bit weaker

Patriot Militia Sponsor

Make a generous contribution to Regulus' campaign, funding a new militia to keep the city 'safe'. It is in Maandoran, Arena District. When you approach the slum entrance area an even pops up where a single guard tries to protect some people hiding in a building from the mob. Choose these chat options:

-approach
-twice the single option
-need any help?
-sure
-you are right, a message must be sent. go get him...
-twice the single option
-how can i help?
-2000 imperials

If you dont have enough money try to avoid that area until you get some and dont forget to save and then load because no real reason to lose that money premanently once you got the achievement.

Terminator

Deal with the raiders and the Aurelian outpost by killing everyone. Not very subtle, but extremely effective. Well, nothing should be unclear on this achievement. While playing a combat oriented character kill everyone at bandit camp and at the aurelian mining outpost in act 1. Achievement unlocks when you report back to Dellar. Dont forget that you can kill critical skill the bandit camp chef and make the outpost easier if you make them poisoned beforehand with the help of the npc at the shanty camp. (need info to locate them from the merchants)

Antiquities Expert

Acquire ten different artefacts to start a collection. No comment, it explains itself.

Legionary (Imperial Guards)

Join the Imperial Guards to be All You Can Be. You dont want to join to Imperial Legion with a character which isnt created for battles, so require a character with combat heavy stats.

Under New Management

Complete the Imperial Guards' questline in Teron. Unmissable if you following Imperial Legion questchain.

Diplomat

At the end of the chapter 1 you have different options how to handle Lord Antidas. This will be rewarded if you create an alliance between them. Persuasion+Trading total 5, but 2 in each at least.

Kingmaker

Diplomat achievement follow up. If you have intelligence8 you can convince Commander Carrinas to announce Antidas as Emperor.

Kingslayer

At the end of the chapter 1 you have different options how to handle Lord Antidas. You can provoke him to start a battle and you need to kill Antidas, The legion allies can handle the guards but if you charge in everyone will hit you, best method is to finish off Antidas with ranged weapons.

Hero of Harran’s Pass

Complete the Imperial Guards' questline in Maadoran. Unmissable if you following Imperial Legion questchain.

300!

Defeat the Ordu army at a narrow mountain pass and live to tell the tale. During Act2 at the Harrans Pass fight the Ordu army and beat some Ordu. Not sure its missable or not, probably not.

Legatus (Imperial Guards)

Get promoted to the rank of Legatus. Unmissable if you following Imperial Legion questchain.

Centurion (Imperial Guards)

Get promoted to the rank of Centurion. Unmissable if you following Imperial Legion questchain.

The Imperial Army

Complete the Imperial Guards' questline in Ganezzar, siding with House Aurelian. Simple, the boss at the imperial legion camp will side with House Aurelian so this is the common act3 ending.

Knights of the Temple

Complete the Imperial Guards' questline in Ganezzar, siding with House Crassus. The boss at the imperial legion camp want to side with Aurelians so you need some skill checks to change his mind.

The First Sword

Complete the Imperial Guards' questline in Ganezzar with the help of Commander Carrinas. If you made Carrinas and Antidas allied (Diplomat or Kingmaker achievement) then instead going to the imperial camp you can go to Teron for help. Speak with Carrinas and after a persuation5 skill check you will need another persuation (5 wasnt enough) or streetwise (8 enough, no clue what is the min.) they will move army to lift the siege at Ganezzar.

Burn it

-Join Imperial guards, complete IG questchain, then, when delivering ultimatum provoke and kill Antidas. Make sure you move your money and valuables to the stash inside the inn as you will arrive to Maandoran without anything.
-In Maadoran go to the abyss and destroy city as final step when you done with everything you want to get done in that chapter
-In Ganezzar as Meru requesting visit Al-Akia, then return and accompany Meru to there and as last sabotage the ritual.
-Go to temple and waken Agatoth
-talk to paullus and it's done

Interrogator

Have a heart to heart conversation with loremaster Sohrab and make him tell you everything he knows. Only a praetor can meet Sohrab, in Act1. Once you capture Sohrab interrogate him peacefully with completing some skill requirements.

On His Lordship’s Secret Service

Complete the Praetor's questline in Teron. Unmissable if you follow the Praetor questline.

Beware of Greeks Bearing Gifts

Complete the Praetor of House Daratan's questline in Maadoran. Just complete the quest, progress on story without betraying House Daratan.

Rough Men Standing Ready To Do Violence

Complete the Praetor of House Aurelian's questline in Maadoran. Do not attack or make any agressive action against the mining camp in chapter 1, best if you can help them to make the machine to operate. Once in Maadoran pledge loyalty to House Aurelian, that way you can be praetor as nearly any starter class after completing Darius Helm quest.

My Precious…

Recover Darius’ helmet but keep such a valuable relic for yourself. After finishing Darius Helm quest dont hand it over to Gaelius.

A Magus!

Acquire powerful artefacts and learn how to use them. This achievement has some questions still, for some players unlocks differently. I list it to praetor related achievements because you need betray your house/guild and serve House Aurelian to get helm which is required for this achievement.

You need to have the following items in your inventory at the same time and you need to have lore10 skill.
-Darius helm, dont hand over to Gaelius
-Mysteriuos artifact
-Ghost hand
-jellyfish artifact
-eyepatch (it can be augmented but first show it to Abukar)

Make sure you show all these items to Abukar. If you dont know how to get any of these artifacts then check Artifact section.

Peacemaker

Convince Belgutai to join Khan Thorgul and unite the Ordu tribe. As Praetor of Aurelian you need to go to the Ordus to get an army. Once there first talk to Keeper of Tales, then with Khan Thorgul while not insulting him so you can speak with Belgutai. With some skill checks (streetwise then
persuasion or lore) checks you can make Belgutai's army to join the Khans peacefully.

Ordu New Champion

Kill Belgutai to impress the Ordu with your martial prowess. As Praetor of Aurelian you need to go to the Ordus to get an army. Once there first talk to Keeper of Tales, then with Khan Thorgul while not insulting him so you can speak with Belgutai. Then talk with Belgutai and simply choise "they say you are the best. I have a mind to test it" Then Kill Belgutai in combat.

Deal with the Devil

Make a deal with Legatus Carbo, promising him a worthy enemy and a war he’s always dreamt of.
Once dealt with Belgutai when talking with Khan Thorgul again accept his idea so go for "good Plan" conversation. After a loading screen during the next conversation go for the following:
-Do you know who leading them?
-We'll see about it. Go to Carbos camp.
-(streetwise skill) Iam not offering you peace. I offering you a war....
-(persuation) You are too good of a soldier...
-(intelligence-persuasion) I understand...
achievement unlocks after the end of the conversation.

Matters of Faith

Complete the Praetor of House Daratan's questline in Ganezzar. Just complete the quest, progress on story without betraying House Daratan.

Delenda Est

Complete the Praetor of House Aurelian's questline in Ganezzar. Just complete the quest, progress on story without betraying House Aurelian. Like accompany Meru to Al-Akia and let him to the ritual or kill Balazaar.

Desperate Times

Accompany Meru to Al-Akai and let loremaster finish ritual. Then kneel to Meru who is Balezaar now. Go to Hellgate and get the spear artifact and keep it. Now move to the final temple and wake Agatoth. Ally him and return to Meru/Balezaar and use the spear on him.

Kingdom of God

Accompany Meru to Al-Akai and let loremaster finish ritual. Then kneel to Meru who is Balezaar now. Go to Hellgate and get the spear artifact and keep it. Now move to the final temple and wake and KILL Agatoth. Agatoth is very strong so good to have the medical canister injected to the awakening process (so he has 100hp instead of 150) which can be found in the room described in the achievement: Never Felt Better. Additionally, dont forget to use potions for extra AP and use bombs.

Fire in the Hole!

Destroy Al-Akia. Available only while playing/following Praetor of Daratan questline and staying loyal to them. In Maandaran you need to finish Act by making Serenas to attack the slum so you get expelled from Maandaran. jIf you destroy House Aurelian by releasing the God in the Abyss then you wont be praetor any longer. Once in Ganezzar talk with Meru. Dont accompany him to Al-Akia, instead return to Teron and talk with Antidas. You can go to Al-Akia from there via a chat option. Make the ruins to explode and achievmenet unlocked.

The One God

Ascend. Iam not 100% sure its only praetor exlsuvie but as i experienced only prateros can accompany Meru to the ritual chamber of Al-Akia. You can start other class but you need to be praetor for Ganezzar for sure. Steps to get this achievement:
-you need to get the surgical kit from Library of Saross, easiest for all this walkthrough is to turn to praetor of Aurelian and while going for Deal with the Devil achievement, right after it, you will be at Harrans pass where you see a dead body, it's Bass. You can loot up from him Grooved Sphere which require to get the surgical kit from Library's secret room with perception8.
-explore the sewers and the healing machine just like described in Never Felt Better achievement
-Go to Al-Akia and don't allow Meru to live. Options: sabotage the ritual or kill him after the ritual
-Enter Hellgate and get the The Divine Spear
-Give the The Divine Spear to Bentanagbal at Hellgate, and inquire about the Surgical Kit and accept performing the ritual on you, going firstly to the Medical Chamber in the Monastery and then to the chamber in Al-Akia.
-pass a constitution7 and a intelligence 7 stat check, so the achievement will require CON7, INT7 and PER8 stats for character creation

Extremely Persuasive

Convince Lord Antidas to have Commander Carrinas killed without producing any proof. During the act1 merchant quest you can convinence Antidas that he dont need proof to order the kill of the Commander. This require high etiquette and charisma.

Pulling the Strings

Complete the Merchants Guild's questline in Teron. Unmissable if you follow merchant questline and dont sidejump to the Legion.

The Game of Thrones

Complete the Merchants Guild's questline in Maadoran. Unmissable if you follow merchant questline and dont betray commercium.

"Good Morrow To You, Magistrate!"

Outmaneuver your opponents and make Strabos the new magistratus of Maadoran. This is the best ending for your commercium activities in Maandoran but unlike the game of thrones this is missable even if you follow the quest. You need to persuade Serenas to announce a lowborn, aka your master Strabos the new magister. Usual stats required what a merchant playthrough need anyway: charisma, persuasion/streetwise. The way i got at Serenas is that i mentioned the magistrate position is a job, require day and night work and they should know nobleborns, they wont do that.

The Opium of the People

Complete the Merchants Guild's questline in Ganezzar, embracing Meru's Creed. Make Pallus to support Meru with the Imperial Legion.

Corporate Interests

Complete the Merchants Guild's questline in Ganezzar as per Strabos' orders. Make Pallus to support House Aurelias with the Imperial Legion.

Once a Traitor…

You have a dangerous habit of betraying your masters. There are information on net that it's doable with other classes but i managed to do it only this method:

Start as merchant or join merchant guild, make sure you have 8 int starter stat, you need to be silver tongued heavy statwise, there will be 1 fight tho, but imperial guards can win the battle your main task just to survive.
Do the raider camp and aurelian outpost quests, well, make raiders attack the post.
After this you should be able to pledge loyalty to house Daratan while speaking with the lord.
Now progress on commercium quests until you visited boatmen. Dont try to make lord avoid the need of proofs.
Tell to commercium you need to collect proofs, but dont forge it by yourself.
Go to the Imperial Guard Barrack and offer your services to Carrinas.
Survive the Battle
Take the documents back to Linos for heavy loyalty loss.
at this point you can save which is recommended as you could make other achievements too like Kingmaker.
now go to daratan compund and dont insult antidas. with persuation and trade skillcheck twice you can offer him to be Emperor.
Now when talking to Carrinas after a persuation and trade skillcheck you can use your 8INT to make Carrinas to promote Antidas to Emperor after 2 INT skillcheck, if one succeded or not going for second you can get diplomat achievemet.
Once passed both INT skillcheck, select the: "This is a very valuable document. Take it and get out of Teron as fast as you can." to get this achievement
reload and choose the Take the document to Antidas instead for the Kingmaker achievement.

Personal Magnetism

Convince Centurion Flavius to introduce you to Lord Antidas. Iam not sure it's thief guild exclusive, but Flavius was mentioned only one of their Teron quest. Approach the castle and choise the following chat options:
-look for an alternative way in
-(impersonate) Pretend to be a guard and go through the guard entrance (it was failed even with a 6 skill but you need to fail it anyway)
-(persuation+streetwise) Clicked through but the sentence was about looking for a job and you want to be a guard.
-Then i would like to apply.

Explosion Expert

Use an improvised explosive device to ambush the shipment and steal the gold. When starting the last thief guild quest in Teron there will be a trap skill related conversation option. If you succeed on it the great cart robbery will start with an explosion, killing half of the enemy guards and awarding you this achievement.

Silver-Tongued Devil

Fast-talk your way out of Teron, getting past every obstacle standing between you and the open road. After the cart robbery in Teron escape Teron without having a single fight. Persuasion, charisma, streetwise, so the usual talking skills required and the proper decisions which also depends how you solved thieves quests before so dont forget to save and load:-)

Killer of Men

Fight your way out of Teron, leaving nothing but corpses behind. When leaving Teron with the gold fight all 3 enemy group. The achievement is the opposite of Silver-Tongued Devil.

The Great Cart Robbery

Complete the Thieves Guild's questline in Teron. Unmissable if you progressing on the thief guild quest without betraying them.

Anyone Can Be Killed

Complete the Thieves Guild's questline in Maadoran. Unmissable if you progressing on the thief guild quest without betraying them.

Mage-Killer

Kill Faelan the Thrice Blessed. Thief guild quest in Galnazzar, there is an option to betray your guild right before it, to kill Faelan dont do it. You have option to kill Faelan during assassin guild quests too.

The Lord of Lowtown

Complete the Thieves Guild's questline in Ganezzar, siding with Glabrio. At the end of the last thief quest you have the option to side with Glabrio or Levir, choise Glabrio for this one.

Aggressive Negotiations

Complete the Thieves Guild's questline in Ganezzar, double-crossing Glabrio. At the end of the last thief quest you have the option to side with Glabrio or Levir, choise Levir for this one.

Complete the Assassins Guild's questline in Teron. Just complete the quest without betraying your guild.

To Serve and Protect

Complete the Assassins Guild's questline in Maadoran, serving Lord Gaelius and killing his enemies. Just complete the quest without ever betraying your guild.

It’s Just Business. Nothing Personal...

Complete the Assassins Guild's questline in Maadoran, double-crossing your Guildmaster. During the assassin quest in Maandoran i accepted the offer of Levir then accepted offer from Lorenza and went to kill Barista.

Stone-Cold Killer

Kill the Guildmaster of the Assassins Guild and Lord Gaelius during an audience at his own palace. During the assassin quest in Maandoran i accepted the offer of Levir then killed Lorenza as the assassin guild requested. While leaving the residence of Lorenze someone asking you to follow him to Levir. Talk with Levir about killing Gaelius and guild leader. Then return to your guild and follow your guild leader to the meeting and kill them.

The Inquisitor

Complete the Assassins Guild's questline in Ganezzar, siding with Varro. Just keep doing assassins guild quests favouring Varro.

The Guildsman

Complete the Assassins' Guild's questline in Ganezzar, staying true to the guild. Finish assassin guild quest in favour of your guild. I not found any method to complete this one when i went for "Stone-Cold Killer" or "It's just Business. Nothing Personal" achievements.
