the one on the top left of the map, you need to snipe it in the far corner outside of the map, as well as by the nomad camp.. OUTSIDE the camp on the left there is also one you need to snipe, i assume you missed that one, because some of them you cant see unless you are checking all angles of the map.

I trying to find last one but I didn't find it.

Is there any way to tell which cameras you don't have yet? Trying to figure out which ones I missed would be a nightmare...

most cameras require a car which can shoot vertically; about 10 of all cameras require a visor, even when you already know where they are
the one at C3 is bugged and requires a grenade launcher to hit it
