Spiral underground parking (large road version) by vilgard92


A 100% functional underground parking with real parking lots. Cars take the spiral ramp to get in and out of the underground car park and pedestrians access it via the central lift.
A small park surrounds the parking.

You'll have to build on flat land and to connect to a large road for a nice result.

hi, seems both car parks are broken? like some props are missing? please fix, i like these versions better than 'elvis' version.

Sort of breaks the terrain around it and doesn't get road access unless the very middle of the asset is ontop of the road.

Thank you for this asset dude, but I'm sorry...it doesn't really work I'm afraid. It messes up the terrain too badly. Tried different methods to make it fit and I couldn't =( but keep up the good work!

At first glance this looks great but when you place it it's lumpy and doesn't fit well, with tearing in the landscape that allows you to see the underground part. It also entirely breaks the grid it's placed on. I believe the reason for all this is because the connecting road is out of alignment with the with the asset itself, causing the road its connected on to buckle. This in turn causes the tearing and the broken grid. The asset looks great so if you can fix the road alignment (it's on an upward pointing angle) it should fix all the secondary issues.

2 questions.

1. When I try to set it up beside a large road while its planned construction site is 8*8 space, I couldn't build it without Network Anarchy. Does it *need* Network Anarchy?
2. Construction panel says that it can get 450 guests. Is this the number of parkable cars?
