Tongass Race Buildings
Welcome to my guide. It will introduce the Tongass Toon Race, explaining what each building and vehicle are and how to use them.

The Tongass Vehicle is crucial to beginning your base building. It can be made to deploy anywhere, but preferably on a flat surface. Once this vehicle deploys, any other Tongass building can be built adjacent to it much like a standard ISDF base. If you were to roleplay this, you can imagine the Toons being delivered to your home via a home delivery service of your choice!

The Tongass Vehicle deploys into a Tongass Controller.

Once the Tongass Controller deploys, it allows the building of a key element of the Toon Race, and that is the Toy Chest!

The Toons do not collect OR harvest scrap/biometal the way that other races or factions do. The Toons want all the biometal to themselves! The Duck Overlords realized early on when biometal was discovered that its taste enhancing capabilities were paramount in making their favorite candies taste even better! The Toy Chest is meant to cap a biometal pool to prevent any of the other races or factions from using or getting any scrap for themselves! If the Toy Chest detects an enemy presence, it deploys Mini Zoom hover scouts to protect itself.

Next up is the Power Disburser!

This building allows 3 buildings to be powered! It can be upgraded twice! The first upgrade is called the Power Enlarger and it provides power to a total of 6 buildings!

Take note that there is a visual difference to each power generator upgrade, with each upgrade, an additional toy plastic ring is added to the center pillar section. The last and final upgrade creates the Power Maximizer and provides power to a total of 12 buildings! This last upgrade is not possible without first building the Tongass Structure called the Maximizer.

As mentioned earlier, the Toons do not receive biometal the way that the other races or factions do. Instead, they created the Scrap Processor! This ingenious device was invented by a top Duck Overlord scientist known as Duckenstein Rasputin. He developed a way to process biometal so it can enhance the flavor of Toonkind's favorite candies! He became so famous that he could no longer travel anywhere without being inundated with fans wanting his attention, or autograph, or even being pitched with various random inventors' ideas! Behold the Scrap Processor! It removes raw biometal from the ground and/or air and processes it into Toonkinds favorite candy treats! 1 Scrap Processor building provides an additional 20 scrap to the scrap bar.

Please note, that a standard Toon base can only have 3 unupgraded Scrap Processor's at a time. However, you can have 5 upgraded Scrap Processors in your base! This means that theoretically, you can have a total of 8 Scrap Processors in your base, if the landscape allows for that. Also take heed to the fact that the majority of the Tongass buildings all support build adjacency much like a standard ISDF building.

Next is the Toon Race equivalent to a Factory, it is called the Castle! This building provides the Toons with a way to defend their precious resources with numerous military type vehicles which we will get into a little later on in this guide.

Next on the list is a structure equivalent to an armory, it is called the Bucket. It provides the Toons with additional weaponry, specials and Carbon Knight upgrades.

We don't want any enemy spies sneaking up on our poor lovable Toons, so their military advisor's and engineers created the WIFI Antenna! It can send out and receive all military orders from the Duck Overlords via an encrypted asymmetric 15,360 bit RSA signal that is highly reliable.

And just incase this signal needs to reach the furthest nooks and crannies of the universe, the highly intelligent Duck Overlord engineers created the WIFI Extender! This structure can be built on any Flat space and it allows Ranged Defences to be built near it, such as the Pirate Canon, the Anti Air Skidaddler, and the long range artillery structure Flower Power. Take note, that once the Maximizer is built, the Pirate Canon can be upgraded to the Rainbow Canon which provides an instant hit blast type attack.

Now to introduce the structure known as the Playpen! The Toons love to take breaks and play with their toys! So the Playpen is a place for them to catch their breath and take a load off. Provided for their enjoyment by the Duck Overlords is a toy car, a teddy bear, a bouncy ball and every Toon's favorite toy, a motorized train! The Playpen is the only base building in the Toon repertoire that can be built anywhere on flat landscape and does not need to be near anything. It also supports defensive structures to be built adjacent to it.

Next we have the Toon structure called the Maximizer. It unlocks building advanced Toon weaponry, vehicles, building upgrades, defensive structures and the coveted Paper Airport. It also provides a means for Toon pilots to be deployed into empty vehicles or to be re equipped into PTC's for redeployment in the field for offensive maneuvers.

Once the Maximizer is built, and 100 candy pieces are available, the Paper Airport can be built.

The Paper Airport automatically deploys the Paper Airplane. It provides the Tongass with the means of long range aerial assault. The Paper Airplane bombs its targets with a vicious device known as a Watermelon Bomb. This ends the Tongass buildings section of the guide.
Tongass Vehicles
So, you've deployed your Tongass Vehicle and built your Tongass Controller!

Time to build the versatile Baker!
As you can see from its vast menu options, it is equivalent to a standard ISDF construction rig. It is the most used strategic unit for the Toons. Without the Baker, the Toons would be unable to dominate the battlefield.

The Tongass Controller can also build a mobile 3 gun hover turret known as the Bam Bam Bam, which is equivalent to an ISDF rattler.

Next up is the standard scout unit, however unlike the ISDF and the Scion, the Tongass scout, Zoom Zoom, is treaded. It has dual guns, 1 mortar and 1 special hard point. It is also pretty quick for a treaded vehicle, so watch out!

Once the Baker has built a Playpen, then the Tongass Controller can build service bots called Kiss Boo Boo's. The standard Kiss Boo Boo is comparable to the service truck for the ISDF. It has limited range and needs constant micro management, but it is more versatile since it can hover.

Once the Maximizer is built, it unlocks the ability to queue up the Assault and Base variant healers which are self explanatory for use. The Assault is commonly seen out in the field, it has heavy armor and more health than a standard service bot and needs less micro management. The Base service bot prioritizes servicing buildings.

The Castle produces most of the light and heavy attack units for the Tongass.

First up is the Bike Bomb. It provides 1 mortar hard point and 1 special hard point. It is also a treaded vehicle, unlike the ISDF Jackal which is a hover style vehicle.

Then we have the versatile Swoosh Swoosh, it provides dual rocket hard points, dual mortar hard points and 1 special hard point. It is similar to the ISDF missile scout.

Next up is the main battle tank, the Hoveround. It provides dual canon hard points, dual gun hard points and 1 special hard point.

Now for the Long Range assault units. These units can provide that necessary long range fire power to destroy defended emplacements before moving in less armored vehicles. First up is the Heavy Swoosh, it provides dual missile hard points, dual assault missile hard points and 1 special hard point. This unit is very agile and can pack quite a wallop if outfitted correctly.

Next up is the assault tank equivalent, Boom Boom. This provides 1 assault canon hard point and dual gun hard points. Its turret is fully rotatable 360 degrees.

Similar to the Heavy Swoosh, we have the Bomby. It is a hover artillery unit outfitted with 4 mortar hard points and 1 special. It is similar in appearance to the Heavy Swoosh but its coloration is different.

The ISDF have APC's, the Toons have PTC's, Personnel Troop Carriers, which are usually manned by 4 Tongass Assaulter's outfitted with bazooka weapons. These bazooka carrying Carbon Knights love destroying buildings and defended emplacements, all for the glory of their Duck Overlords!

Along with the PTC's, the Toons also can deploy AVC's, Armored Vehicle Carrier's. These hover assault vehicles deploy 2 Mini Zoom units to cause havoc and chaos out in the battlefield. They love sending them out in droves to inundate the battlefield with them and distract defended emplacements. Watch out!

Finally, if the Duck Overlords are displeased by their field commanders progress in battle, they deploy their greatest achievement! The Rubber Duck heavy assault walker! It is a symbolic vehicle, grand in design and made to pay homage to the Duck Overlords grandeur. Once seen on the battlefield, it enlivens their troops to battle to the bitter end for all of Toonkind! The Rubber Duck provides dual assault canons, dual mortars and 1 special hard point.
