Luminous Special Infected

Apply glow feature to the special infected.

Update: Supports special infected added in last stand update.
However, witch's glow feature does not work because of consistency issue.

This mod applies glow function to special infected.
They can be seen in the dark, and in the case of smokers, the tongue is glowy too.
This has no 'sv_consistency' issues, and can be used by the host as well.

It can be used with the Fluorescent Special Inflected mod that I created and is compatible with other special infected skin mods.
