I retextured the glass to give it a clean look

You'll see this in the sit room, PD, Whitaker's Gun Shop, and at the Kellco Bar

The addon is only meant to work for Danktown on Superior Servers. Majority of the glass in the map share one texture so this is just a one file retexture. Portal 2 definitely has a list of textures
