If the horde loops are anything like the tank's sounds, it's probably going to be buggy and inconsistent, with sounds not playing correctly, playing too quiet, too loud, or screeching at random, despite the file criterias being met (length, rates, etc). I'll give it a try this weekend though.

Also if you manage to pull the horde music off I'd be extremely happy, the actual horde music in the game for all campaigns severely lacks mods. FiXT's zombie horde was the only mod I could think of that touched it and did it so well. There's loads of potential for short loops of greatness that nobody really seems to bother doing. (Yeah, likely due to all the file editing being why.)
Here's the tank music, I had to trim the l4d1 version a few seconds at the start to make it loop better, but the l4d2 version starts right from the beginning

As for the drums, it should be possible but I've not tried anything similar before, and there's a lot of files to edit, so I'll work on it in a few days since I've got to go to work again tomorrow. i'll leave the link here if I manage to make it though.
