Conclusion
While I don't really use console commands I felt it would be helpful for those of you who do to create this guide. The main reason I made this was because one of my quests broke and I had to set stage using console commands to fix it, so hopefully this can help others, but over fun, console commands are also included as I might as well make a complete list.

is there a command that shows you all the the ingredient properties?

Max level gear in this game requires handicraft 164. Max a player can achieve (without bonuses) is 100. How do I set my handicraft to 164 so I can craft whatever I want?

The quests break too often in this game. They've broken every single time I've played.

I hope someone makes a patch for this game. The quests are so buggy and it's so easy to make the game unplayable.

Set PlayerExp to X is also a useful one, you have to kill something afterword for it to take effect.
