General Tips

The first stat is the necessary stat for the first choice, the second stat is the necessary stat for the second choice. And remember: while you may want to succeed to see those great endings and their beautiful polaroids, the failures for those events are fun too ;)

The endings in this section will trigger randomly if you're pursuing the corresponding character.

Calculester’s Virtual Reality

Activatable Endings

Those endings are activated when buying specific items from the shop or doing a certain specific thing for the "not so creative" ending. All of them need to be unlocked (you'll see a message on the main menu when you do).

Dahlia Ending
1. buy the Map ($8)

Coven Endings
1. buy the Free Lore Coupon ($8)
Faith Route
2. choose Faith (smarts, but no actual stat check, just slightly different text)

Hope Route
2. choose Hope (bold, but no actual stat check, just slightly different text)

Aaravi (Slayer) Ending
1. buy the Fairy in a Bottle ($10)

1. find out for yourself how to trigger it* (it's really worth finding out on your own ;) )

*1st hint: "not so creative" is just a codename I use not to spoil the true nature of the ending... the way to trigger it is completely unrelated to the creativity stat
2nd hint: everything is in-game, more specifically, in a run, you don't need to fiddle with settings or files
3rd hint: Don't use your mouse, your controller's left stick or your keyboard's arrow keys will reveal the way
solution: look right before the end of the video, around 31 minutes in

1. buy the Fake title of nobility ($5)

I found that this guide was missing the "A Change of Place" ending, which was apparently added on Valentine's? The instructions I pulled off the wiki, for anyone interested or in need:

1)Buy A Change of Place ($8) from the shop.
2) "Maybe you should be more careful what you wish for (unless you wished for a robo-pony, which would be rad to get). So you'd better defuse this whole nonsense.]
"Convince the Prince that joining the Dark Side would be like... marrying the night! Wink!" (CHARM)
"Explain to Dmitri the Prince is a better suitor for the Dark Side, as his disregard for consent and obsession with fooling people into marriage are clear signs of evil." (SMARTS)

is there an updated version that includes the new kale and dmitri/interdimensional prince endings (Valenines 2020 update)

@werewolf_hero unlike other games, Monster Prom always shows event options in the same order. (The quiz at the beginning is completely shuffled, tho.) Each answer in this guide corresponds with the event's answers, in that order (ie first answer is the top response, second answer is the bottom response).

@emmarachelbrown I unlocked the secret ending when I hit 485 events and 806 outcomes. I'd unlocked every ending before that, but no idea what got the secret one that last time (I'd just been replaying to work on outcomes at that point).

Notes on the Bellanda route:
All the second choices are Bold (Ordering people, chainsaw, and airpeople)
You need to ask Miranda to prom, asking no one will cancel it.

I finally got Aaravi's ending and the meta ending! I unlocked the 'not so creative' ending, but I failed the first question and I haven't been able to do that again. Is that normal?

I'm having trouble getting some of the activatable endings to unlock. I've gotten both of the Coven lore ones, Dahlia's, and the Fellow Student's. Any tips on getting the others to unlock?
