Banshee Boss Missions

描述
This mod is an extension to the Banshee Miniboss Mod, which can be found here


This mod adds unique missions to the Weald that allow you to immediately fight the Banshee. The mission will be present at the start of the campaign and will always be there. If added to an existing campaign, a mission will need to be completed for the boss missions to appear. The boss missions start at the Apprentice level and will advance to Veteran if completed and then to Champion if the Veteran version is completed. After the Champion version is completed, no more Banshee boss missions will spawn. This mod should only be activated if you plan to play with the Banshee Miniboss Mod enabled, otherwise your game may crash. I hope you enjoy my mod! :)

Known Issues
The Veteran and Champion variants of these Missions can sometimes cause crashes, and can end up making a campaign unplayable. The cause is unknown, and it is HIGHLY advised that you back up your saves before trying these missions.

For saves that have already been corrupted. You'll need to use this save editor to fix it:

Seems like this thing ruinde my savefile. I entered the banshee boss mission, and on the start of the dungeon, game crashes. This is pretty sad 'cause I've beaten the main game boss on this save. I didn't know this is common problem, so didn't make any backup. Is there any possible solution in my case?

Start by downloading the !saveeditor - https://github.com/robojumper/DarkestDungeonSaveEditor

You click the "release 0.0.69" button to download the correct version. Get the .zip, not the source code. Unzip and run the .jar file, then set your save directory;
if you play on Epic it'll be
C:\Users\(User ID)\Documents\Darkest\(Profile)
If you're on steam, it'll be
C:\Program Files (x86)\Steam\userdata\(User ID)\262060\remote\(Profile)

You profile number will be a string of numbers; there should only be one folder in the userdata directory unless you have multiple Steam accounts on your computer. The profiles run from profile_0 (top slot) to profile_8 (bottom slot), so make sure to load the one that actually corresponds to the correct save. Go to the "persist.game.json" tab, and look for something along the lines of

"inraid" : true,
"raiddungeon" : "weald",

change it to

"inraid" : false,
"raiddungeon" : "none",

This is way to hard, its impossible to beat early and locks the Weald preventing progression. Its a shame this gets included in modpacks and ruins games.

The Mod works fine , i just dont like that it locks the Weald completly until you beat the boss which is inpossible lvl 1 lol might ditch it because of that boss is super hard ungeared lvl 2 even.

my game always crush in loading thanks to this mod my save is broken do somebody know how to fix this

So, I got some sprite errors starting with the second phase (I have a ton of mods enabled so that wasn't super surprising and almost certainly has nothing to do with this mod in particular). When I exited out to come back in and continue (with the sprites fixed, generally), phase 2 promptly died, taking me to phase 3. Curious, I exited again and then reloaded, and the behavior happened again, ending phase 3 immediately, and giving me the win. Unexpected. Hilarious. Probably not intended.

I, of course, love all your mods. Keep up the good work!

Have the mod, didn't lose my save. Not sure why, because it seems like that's a common problem.

My main gripe is that this thing is a massive pain in the ass to fight, and it's even worse when you're running the Weald for other things, since the fight really drags out and stacks stress, blight and bleed on your whole party.

What I would prefer is if, one, it appeared in the Weald only on champion quests, because there's no way I can do that AND the Hag or Cannon. And two, if it only appeared in parts in the quest line. Like, the first time you fight it, you kill the farmer/wife duo, then the next time you fight the knight/wench, and the last time you fight all three phases. You get a little piece of lore each time, maybe a trinket, and it's a bit less of a marathon. As it is though, can't recommend it, even if I really do like Marvin Seo's stuff.
