Checks the integrity of the cache.
Make sure you have enough RAM ( 4-8 Gb are more than sufficient ).
Check that the graphics card is update, indeed everything is updated, also the processor.
Controls the setting of the options of the graphics card, don't conflict with those of the game ( the AA ).
So if you have a Radeon graphics card you have to go in AMD Catalyst Control Center and turn off the Antialiasing in "Games - settings 3D applications".
Not all updates of the catalyst or as it's called now, come out with "the hole", test the previous version or expect that new.
Make sure that there are no other heavy programs initiated, which can affect the performance of the PC ( example AutoCAD ).
If you use a HDMI cable 2.0 or higher, check that there is no conflict between the version of the cable and the socket of the video card. ( The latest AMD have had the bad idea of putting sockets 1.4 )
