2. The choice for “That’s why you tried to get close to me, too??” didn’t show up as well. It was just the choice for “Accept his lie without questioning it”.
It seems holding the door will lead to the dialogue for “That’s why you tried to get close to me, too??”, while fleeing leads to “Accept his lie without questioning it”. From what I can tell, those two dialogue choices are mutually exclusive reactions to the previous choice, but I might be wrong.
3. In the end, the ending I got from following your guide was not “Drown Your Sorrows”, but actually “Break the Contract”.
Even with making those two different choices (Catch up with Corvin and Hold the door), I still ended up with “Break the Contract” as the ending.
Getting “Into the Faerie Ring” and “Goodbye, White Crow” worked though!
Thank you for writing these guides!
What I noticed though:
I followed your guide to get the “Drown Your Sorrows” ending. The following happened:
1. The first part of the “Drown Your Sorrows” is identical to “Dreams and Thorns” here, right? Just when I follow that part, I do not actually get the choice prompt for “I don’t really have much choice anyway”. It skips from “Walk to class alone” directly to the Halloween/family stuff conversation.
From what I can tell, you only get the “I don’t really have much choice anyway” prompt when choosing to walk to class with Corvin. That was the only point where I chose differently to get that conversation.
