Korzeam's Deathknight

This mod adds a new class in the game, the Deathknight.
I'm aware that there are a couple of existing mods on this class but they are very close to the original classes.
So this is my version, which is more original but strongly inspired by the Wow class.

There are 3 skill trees :
- Blood : the physical tree, a lots of skills to regain health but some other consume HP
- Frost : ice skills with CC and semi-permanent minions
- Unholy : dots and ephemeral minions

The only weapon restriction is to have a melee weapon. Apart from that you are free to do what you want.
Every stat can be useful, depending on the skills you will choose. So the DK starts with 10 in every stat.

Additional features :
- custom icons and chargebar (coming from Wow)
- a few alternative faces to have a deathknight look (pale skin and blue eyes)
- 3 weapons lvl 100
- 1 amor set lvl 45 and 3 armors sets lvl 105
