@Thoehn If a mod isn't showing up, you have to unsubscribe to a few mods to force the game to sort anew and then subscribe again. Sadly that is the only solution I know. Aside from that, the mod has no limitations. It should work from the start.

I assume this is a main game mod, yes? Am I just being dumb or is there a particular gear that needs to be equipped first before this shows up?
