Heavy Scrap Helmet and Armour

Omschrijving
This mod adds the ability to obtain blueprints and or buy a heavy scrap helmet as well as armour from holy nation hat/armour vendors. Armour King also sells this helmet. It is basically similar to the Tin Can but with some minor differences with 50% protection against sandstorms.
Requires plate armour smithing and should be craftable at the heavy armour smithy.

For other modders who wish to use my creations in their works, yes it is fine.

Formsome reason.i can't find the bps for the chest armor , i've searched among all the holy nations but can't just Locatel them, helmets and boots show but chest armor just doesnt, any idea guys?

I'd like to use this armor, but its super low cut efficiency makes it impractical.

@Onitetsu I was wondering if I could upload altered versions of some of these armours? I mainly wish to retexture/remap some but I can't without including a new mesh file in my mod.
