you need:

Wiremod
and
Collision Resizer (ENHANCED)
and
Sub Material Tool
and
half life 2 (installed and mounted)
and
Improved Weight

for this to work

place then unfreeze by looking at with physgun and pressing R

the windmill parts dont appear

you also need to be on a good sized map

open the command console and enter these 2 commands seperately

sbox_maxwire_thrusters 9000

sbox_maxwire_colorers 9999

Same with your schism machine, it wont work because of a thruster limit, And i have no access to it.
