The Empyrion Research Academy (ERA) is proud to present the "ERA-C Avaliero" (Cavaliero) which is an exploration oriented carrier.
Due to the nature of hostile space, we have installed weapon turrets for defending vs hostile and attacking entities.

However, it's main purpose is to provide a plattform for your endevours into unkown space and lands.
Gather data for your intel to plan your future adventures!

This ship is inteded to provide a home for nerds.
Meaning, once your dayjob on the ship is done, the community lounge has a smooth transition between chillout lounge, disco and research computers - for yor own free time scientific projects!
Of course the computers may also be used to play video games!

The Cavaliero is a project oriented vessel, thus the sleeping quarters are mostly just for that, sleeping and personal hygiene.
Nontheless, there are sofa's and a TV just like in the larger community lounge with a good view to the hangar.

From the rear dock are direct entrances to the community lounge, the medicine farm and the food farm,
from both of which an elevator can bring you to either the medical center or the restaurant accordingly.

A ship of this size requires more than just 1 bridge.
This said, there's the obvious bridge at the rear, with a good view on top of the ship's upper deck, great for space flights,
or there's the front cockpit with a good view to the ground, which makes it the prefered seat for (planetary) landing/docking.

* switch for Engines_Basic: Use this to 'activate' the Ship and for everyday travel (toggles RCS)

* swtich for Weapons_Everywhere (30mm cannon turrets, sentrys)

* All AC/Cargo, Food-Processor/Fridge connections are preset for convenience, all boxes are labeld (f4 menu / 'p' (only) even sorted!).

* 2 food processors with 2 fridges each, 1 designated food, 1 designated medics

The ERA-C Avaliero is built according to values that are not yet fixed and therefor due to be de- and refined further.
Anyway, since I know - from the first block I set, how many thrusters, T3 tanks, RCS and cargo I need (to build within values)
and how many I want (what is QoL) - I've prepared several areas to the planed updates of future EGS releases.
Until we can actualy store something (with disabled volume within CPU), I recomend either the Cargo Container or the Dockable Cargo Containers SV's to be used as 'external' storage.

Needed Values (achieved):
* 0.27° yaw (10 rcs)
* 52hrs standby (15 T3)
* 1.5MPU (3 T2 generators)
* Basic Ammo (2 CC (ammo))
* Ore Storage, each ore once (8 CC + 6 CE)
* General production storeage (8 CC + 8 CE)

Wanted Values (aka recomended upgrades):
* 1.1° Yaw (~50 RCS ; add them to 'Thruster_Basic' group)
* 8x24 hrs = 200hrs standby (60 T3)
* 2 MPU (4 T2 generators)
* Basic Ammo (2 CC (ammo) + '4-22' CE) (i'm not so much a 'shooter', so not much experience in that need, but atleast there is room for it :p)
* Ore Storage, each ore once (8 CC + 80 CE)
* General production storeage (8 CC + 80 CE)
* General storage 'area' (12 CC + ?? CE ; Add the CC's to the group 'Access_ALL')

Additional CPU Required: (if/when upgrades are done completly)
1 * T2 (100) = 100
40 * RCS (100) = 4000
45 * T3 (80) = 3600
74 * CE (50) = 3700
72 * CE (50) = 3600
12 * CC (50) = 600 (this is just the ABSOLUTE minimum, to get all the required container/slots!!)

PS - Important Notice:
This ship is considered WIP -> as it it CPU optimized which is a value that is not in place just yet.
It offeres predefined places to double the RCS/T3 tanks and add another T2 Generator to be 5G capable if you want to ingore the CPU Limits (strongly recomended for as long it's possible!)

That's one, for two, this is my first elegeant carrier (The ERA-C Hesias is a mobile home!), so some parts of textures might be changed.


The main goal/challenge was to make a ship within this imaginary limit called 'CPU' that (still) fullfills my daily needs.
