Syrian Arab Army initiated a Large Offensive on Northern Aleppo with a new batch of Russian T-90 Tanks. Limited Russian Airstrikes due to a large presence of SAA Soldier's. 1 Soldier said it took 7 RPG hits + deflected 1 TOW to APS.

FUN FACTS ABOUT THE T-90:
- When Thailand purchased T-84 Oplot-Ms, Malaysia was looking for a modernized tank. It had many modern tanks go through its Jungle Environment starting from Kelang. T-84 Oplot and M1A2 Abrams were not able to make it through the course test, the T-90 was the only tank that managed to finish the course (of course with damage, but minimal). This was in 1999. A decade later, the Malaysian Army chose the PT-91M for cost effectiveness, which is a modernized T-72.
- When Pakistan ordered the T-84 Oplot Tanks, the Indian Army was extensively testing many foreign tanks. When the T-90S Bhisma was tested in the Indian Deset with high heat and dust conditions, an Indian General said "The only thing that will save you in war is first, nuclear weapons, and second, the T-90 Tank".
- Can swim up to 5 Meter's underwater, the deepest result in the world.

There have been comments here suggesting that this isn't a T-90 but a T-72. I know that a T-90 looks identical with for example a T-72BM or even a T-72B3. The reason these are T-90's is because T-72BM was first modernized in 2006 exclusively in Russia for its own Domestic Modernization of old T-72's. The other reason is that the Mechanized Driver's that were interviewed, which some were former T-72 drivers, say "The T-90 is a significant advantage and help for our battle's. The interior is completely redesigned and we had to take extra training courses before being allowed to operate a T-90 since they are in limited quantities". I can upload the Video is the viewers are interested. And finally, Media sources say they are T-90's for the Aleppo offensive, including an image of the tank from this Video at the end. The turret is also a Cast turret. T-72B3s,  BMs and T-90As use a Welded Turret.
