Training Strength by carrying Weight is 2X faster.

Let's face it : you only over encumber your chars, when you train their Strength; then run around like headless chickens, waiting for their strength to level up.
(Or when you steal a whole shop's inventory, to sell it to the nearest city...you sneaky sneaky thief)

This mod makes this process 2X faster.

Tip : carry someone, to double this bonus (like in Vanilla).

I mean, you increase your strength faster, when you fight with heavy inventory, so you dont need to walk over the continent.
