Also known as the Shrine of Deconstruction, this is a Power Rail with a Deconstructor added to it.

With this, you can get pretty much every ingot type without leaving the starter planet. You just need to salvage POIs for things containing the materials needed to build this, then you can start turning things into ingots and parts.

Has no defenses so either spawn it next to an existing defense system of some sort or add turrets quickly.

Solar Panel alignment works best at the equator but will probably still work OK elsewhere. For the most part the power consumption is slow enough that it will run as fast as you can salvage POIs and feed it if it gets any idle time at all to charge. After all, there is nothing using power here except the deconstructor.
