Only a hint, this is a german walkthrough, but with pictures (mit bildern) and coloured collectibles stuff, so you can check your maps.

think, found another thing, chapter 3, picture 2, in the tent camp ("what really happend?"/ folding chair) - there is a pit toilet, look inside and you found a police badge.

I think I found another one, actually! When you first arrive at the train station, there's a sketchbook on the southern edge of the "island", looking back towards the park.

This is great! One memento that's missing is on the third map, west or maybe south-west of the campsite. Bunch of crates.
