I already have BuildGDX installed on my PC, how do I set this up so that Option 1 launches Blood through BuildGDX rather than showing "Download BloodGDX"?

Strange. Virustotal shows that only 1 AV is triggered by dosbox.exe.

I'll leave this information, because I think it could be useful in the future:
If you have any antivirus running in the background, make an exception on: C:\Program Files (x86)\Steam\steamapps\common\One Unit Whole Blood
Then install the GDX Pack, so the replacement for "dosbox.exe" shouldn't get deleted upon the first run.
This gave me a couple of problems, (E.g. Content File Locked)
Otherwise, this addon works like a charm.
