Penal Legions

Beskrivning
Adds a tech that lets you recruit penal legions from your penal colony. Stats identical to slave armies.

Requires you to actually have a penal colony and not be pacifist.

it's just lives at the expense of the Imperial Taxpayer on far away Imperial Worlds instead of fighting in the War for Our Values. The meat should pay for itself. Pay with blood.

can you make this mod compatable with Longer Planetary Invasions mod? all it does is change the health and morale vaules to make fights last longer please.

they do not appear in my list of armies
It's the only mod i have active

I did use the reseach all cheat does that matter? do the pops need to get slaves or just be on the colony?

you can only recruit them directly from the penal colony

why cant I see them in recuitment menu?
