A new version of Benetto's University Rectangle Dorm, now repurposed as an office building in case you already have enough university places in your city.

Textures have been updated, and a colour map, normal map and illumination map added. Brick colour can be adjusted between pale orange/red or brown or grey using the Paint mod. Move It is also recommended.

Fits in well in a leafy European city.
