Fire Train Cistern

Credit to Cheesebugga for his flatbed that I used as a base for the hitch.

This is a mostly complete release, livery and smaller features may change down the road. Primary features are a top mounted monitor controlled from a side panel; as well as hose lines that can be onnected to other cisterns and other sources to provide water.
