This asset is based on the Coopvaert apartments in the center of Rotterdam (Netherlands).
A 103m(337ft) heigh residential built in 2006, a bit scaled in game.
A part of the top of the real building has white colour surfaces and in game that part has colour variations.

It is a 4x4 growable building.
