it's about time somebody made this a playable race

introducing the playable poptop mod
now with custom armor and actually cool stuff thanks to @red3dred

i put my heart and tears into this
enjoy this mod or perish

includes many skin colors and dyable hair
and a smaller hitbox because patman did it for me
was gonna make dyable eyes but i couldnt figure it out so oh well
