1. Buy a Bolt: You unlock it at lvl 21. It costs 30,000 SP. If you're blind, ask your neighbor to come over and describe this gun to you in specific details:





Q: Should I buy the MK2 or MK3?

None, use the original bolt. You only need one bullet to end them. The Mk3 just costs extra $ and the MK2 increases your recoil faster.

Also in competitive tournaments you are not allowed to use MK weapons.

Q: How come I shoot their helmets off instead of blasting their face in?

Helmets have their on hitboxes in SF2, which is on top of their head. You actually have to aim for the neck-face area.

2. Now that you have a bolt, start doing your daily 300. For those of you from the CS community, this should sound familiar to you. A daily 300 is simply you going into Team Deathmatches and getting at least 300 kills a day. The purpose of this is so you can practice aiming and develop muscle memory.

3. Tap, burst or Spray?

• For enemies that are close, you can spray about 5-10 rounds.
  
• For enemies at medium range, burst for 3 rounds at a time.
  
• For enemies that are at sniping range, tap 1 shot at a time in quick consecutive taps.

4. When to scope in using the bolt?

• For enemies that are close, you can use hipfire to kill them.
• For enemies from medium-sniper range, you need to scope in and shoot their face.
  

You should be aiming it like how you would for a sniper. Use your magical hawkeye and envision the enemy's head, then move your crosshair over, and then zoom in and shoot.

5. Do I stand still or move while shooting?

You can move while shooting and retain accuracy. I recommend moving while shooting, both unscope and scoped. I always sprint and shoot at the same time.

6. What about getting headshots with other guns?

Other guns that are good for headshots are the K2/Galil (great hipfire) and the M4 (Best gun overall for spraying and bursting) . A lot of competitive players in the Asian scenes use M4 and K2. But don't be a gay baby, use a bolt like a real man.
