For the fishing achi I used that one mentioned here by Dan B:
"Cheap rod sold by guy next to tree by path between town and harbor"
It counts towards the achi and got it with that rod. :) Hope it helps someone else who's confused about this achi like I was. :)

when you pass these inspections, you have access to the grand keeper's armor

I use Jotunn Hammer with Goat Head and ethereal set
That gave me 298 Damage power. You can hit ~450 damage with that
if you don't have ethereal, look and find pieces with damage power





You just need to enter in the etheral throne cavern ( near Elfs town )




Interact with all familly ambasadors




You need to know where to go,
Right click on the map to set waypoint ( and know where to go )


Sell 50 items to customers face-to-face
Interact with villagers with 'E' , and sell your stuff
Warning => your charisma is important to claim good amount of gold, or they don't buy anything

Earn a million gold ( 1.000.000 )
