Weapons winter camouflage

Now the weapon has ceased to be a gray muddy spot in the hands.
Added new filters for textures "$selfillum" files has been changed from DXT1 to DXT5
This allows models weapon to be bright even in dark places.
"Normal maps" have been added, which gives the weapon a more realistic look with clear forms.

If you already have a weapon package installed, or a separate model, and you would not want to change it, but you will like some model from this package, write, I will add this model separately to the workshop with a link.
