Hovercart(TM) is a basically some thrusters and some hoverballs strapped to a laundry cart. Sounds boring, right? Well, you are wrong! Hovercart(TM) is more than a floating laundry cart with jet engines, it's a fast floating vehicle that can reach places in no time (*cough* jet engines *cough*) and can float up and down to reach high places.
